• 2025 dues are $480 and are due by March 1st.
• A special assessment of $212 was approved at the 2024 Annual Meeting.  Notices were sent in June requesting the first half ($106) be paid by August. The second half ($106) were requested with the 2025 annual dues to be paid by March 1st.  
• An announcement regarding Homeowners dues will be sent out at the beginning of each year to remind owners to pay dues.
• There is a $50 late fee that is assessed after March 1st. 
• Trash service may be suspended and a lien may be placed on your home if dues are not paid in full by due date.
• HOA dues cover the cost of trash and recycling pickup, pool maintenance, common area maintenance, social events, and more.

Our annual meeting is held in late February or early March each year. This is a great way to meet your neighbors, vote on improvements and events in the neighborhood, and express concerns.

• You will receive a mailed letter announcing the date, time, and location as well as any relevant agenda items.
• A quorum is made up of 25% of the FOHA households and is necessary at the annual meetings in order for the board to approve specific items, such as election of board members and larger neighborhood improvements. 

We ask that any exterior modifications made to your home follow the declaration of restrictions. Any questions or approvals requested will need to be approved by the board. It's best to do this before the project is started.
